Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage Level 1
- Learn a variety of distinct poses in supine, side-lying, prone and seated positions

- Explore various body-friendly techniques for therapeutic massage sessions

Thai Level 2 Intensive

After completing the Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage Level 1 workshop, you may then take the Thai Level 2-5 Intensives and Acupressure Points for Bodyworkers in any order.
- You may substitue the Integrated Thai Table Massage course for the Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage Level 1 workshop.
